"WARNING ⚠️: DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PROPLE. They are extremely unprofessional. For starters, throughout my entire stay there my apartment reeked of cigarette smoke and occasionally marajuia. I’ve sent out multiple complaints regarding the matter to which nothing was done about it. When moving out, I ended up having to get rid of over 70% of my clothes due to the overwhelming strong odor of smoke being on them. With medical issues, this would cause multiple hospital visits and flare ups. Secondly, staff were extremely unprofessional. Moving out was a very stressful situation. It was a complete nightmare. Staff would intentional ignore my emails regarding returning my security deposit. When doing my final walk through, I was told it would take 2 weeks to return my security deposit, but it instead took 2 months. When emailing to ask for a follow up, Rachelle, Rick and Joanne would intentional ignore my multiple emails. Rachelle even opened up my text message and it showed she immediately read it, but she ignored it and did not reply. Rachelle is also extremely unprofessional. Without being asked, she spoke poorly about another former resident. She called the elderly former resident “cranky” and spoke about his living condition as well as the company he kept around. I found this to be very unprofessional. She often times would try to over talk me, which I found to be rude. She was also extremely insensitive to my personal situation and threatened to evict me if something that was completely out of control occurred. Rachelle was an overall very unpleasant individual to deal with throughout my stay. Lastly, this company does not care what so ever about your safety or security. They allowed someone who endangered me to enter my apartment when I was not present and damage my apartment (to which I had to pay for when leaving). I also had to ask multiple times for my door locks to be changed after my life was in jeopardy. They ignored my verbal request on multiple occasions. Others things: Also, the trash disposal was rarely taken out. It was more times then often over piled with trash that was on the floor as well, which caused a strong and overwhelming odor around the building. Residents were forced to walk to other disposals to empty out their trash due to the trash being neglected. As much as rent is increased, you’d think this matter wouldn’t be an issue but unfortunately it was. The pool also never worked for the past 2 years and continues to not work. Also, construction on the apartment next to mine would start way too early, sometimes at 6am and not ending until later at night. Residents were not informed of the loud noise. It was extremely inconsiderate for working individuals. I was also falsely charged for “damages” that were not present within my apartment. When I asked my a further explanation from Rachelle, per her usual, she completely ignored my email. Overall, I would NOT recommend renting from these people. They don’t care about their residents at all. Dealing with this place has been both emotionally and financially draining, to avoid such a similar awful experience please avoid renting at this place. You’re better off renting at the apartments down the street. If I could rate this place a 0/5, I definitely would. They don’t even deserve a one star."

"The new management is super unprofessional. We decided not to renew our lease with them. They then told us they had lost our old lease from the old management. Then after we did our final walk through they told us that our deposit will be mailed to us in 1-2 weeks because they were out of checks. That was July 29 its September 16 still no deposit. We have been calling and asking what's taking so long and they just give us bs excuses. They also gave us different information from the head office that we received from the building office. This new company is horrible literally."
