"We love staying at Quality Inns & Comfort Inns. Danville was on our trip to VA.The room was very clean & the bed wad so comfortable. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good also. You won't be disappointed at this hotel."

"Will never be back here, for one, they need to update the website because the hot tub has been down since covid apparently, but on the website it makes it think it's open but it's not, they said they had a heated pool but the pool was freezing, and full of chlorine, you can smell it so strong, and the pool was so cloudy, so no hot tub and a freezing pool, so couldn't enjoy those at all, the rooms were dirty, very dusty, and spiders in the cracks of the corners, the bedding wasn't very clean, it had blood or something on the outside sheet so took that off, that grossed me out, breakfast wasn't too bad, coffee was good, but overall with the non cleanliness and no hot tub and cold pool, we was very disappointed, for the price we paid since it was higher for the weekend we stayed, it should have been better :( Please update your website though!!! I would not recommend this hotel at all!!!"

"We stayed here for Labor day weekend for 1 night in room 118 and the experience didnt feel very "quality " inn. The service desk was very friendly and polite with checkin and out. The issue my family ran into was that room was subpar. It was clean, but the beds are ready for the trash. This was the most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept in, it sunk as soon as we got in it and we tossed and turned all night and had really bad shoulder and back pain. The pillows are just as worn out.. the a.c unit in the room was barely breathing and kept sputtering all night, it read 66 degrees but realistically felt like 70 and it was very warm. It wasnt the worst hotel I've stayed in, but it wasnt worth the rediculous $130+ rate we paid for, we probably wont stay at this hotel again next year."

"This hotel looked better online than in person—it is definitely an older, more run down hotel. The pool was gross and SO cold. We couldn’t even swim in it if we wanted to—which we didn’t because it was cloudy and looked really dirty. That was quite the disappointment as we have kids and they were really excited about the pool. The room was decent and the breakfast was good (coffee was not—it was lukewarm and did not taste fresh) but they had chocolate chips, pecans and canned strawberries for the waffles (they were out of syrup the day we stayed but said they normally have it). Night staff was not overly friendly but was polite - the morning front desk lady was quite friendly. Room was decent - not screaming cleanliness but I think that’s more just because it’s an older hotel. The towels need to be replaced - they are thinner and old but were clean. Overall, it got the job done—we slept well and enjoyed a breakfast but would not stay there again due to it being a run down hotel, gross pool and no hot tub."
