"I’ve lived here since August 2022 and have had a great experience. When I moved in, new management had just taken over. Since then they have re-done the parking lots and replaced the roofs on the garages. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues and Melissa and Theresa have been great helps. The buildings have secured entry and I have never felt unsafe on this property. Packages are delivered to the leasing office and anytime I can’t make it home in time to get it, when I call to ask them to place in front of my door they are always willing. These apartments are extremely spacious and have lots of room for storage as well. It’s overall a great area, quiet, and safe. Would recommend living here"

"I looked at these apartments to lease. The garages are in need of major maintenance. The price doesn't reflect this. The price is way to high for offering few to no amenities. I would not tell anyone to move in here."

"We've only lived at Devonshire Village a couple months, but its definitely the best place we've rented from. The price is very affordable. It's in a good part of town. The apartment was very up to date and clean when we moved in. The management is always available to help with anything and work orders are responded to in a timely manner. Possibly our favorite part of Devonshire is that it's pet friendly and we have a lot of well maintained outdoor space to play with our dog."

"My wife and I have lived here with our family for two years. The management has changed since we signed our first lease. The grounds have been maintained beautifully since the new property manager has taken over. Maintenance requests are handled very timely. The crew is amazing. Very polite and friendly. They are always careful to make sure you know when they have been there if you are not home and management requests permission to come in ifyou are not going to be home. We have been very pleased overall with living here. I feel it has greatly improved since we first moved in. We plan to stay here for a long time."
