"DR. Masor is the best!!! I recommend you give him a try if you looking for a new doc!!! It’s the first time in years having a doctor that not only listen to me, but he is intently, addressing every single health issue. I have one by one I’ve never felt more relieved, leaving a doctors appointment ever in my life, knowing he’s gonna take care of me and get my needs met and figure out what’s going on with my health And the staff is amazing as well. I’m so glad I chose this place and this doctor! He has a new doctor there, so it isn’t the same people from before. Give him a shot. I personally loved him and would recommend him to my family."

"The front desk at state street hammond are there just to let you know They decide if a doctor sees you or even if you can come in the lobby. Customer service is at its worst. And those ladies will look at you like you the problem. Get your phone system together, that's another issue. All calls go to a central before they transfer you to the clinic of choice. But if it's a wrong clinc, good luck starting over again. This facility is only convenient to the poor near by. Only because they have no transportation. They are the ones keeping you open. And they deserve better than what you are giving. Get it together!"

"Easy of access to mental Healthcare is good here. Appointments are easy and very little wait time when visiting. Staff is polite and friendly. I have recommended to others who need medical assist of one kind or other."

"Constantly being ignored, they will NOT call back to schedule an appointment to have blood drawn... they'll tell you that they call u back and won't... you'll be waiting weeks before they do....this isn't the first time they've done this either..."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. It's a nice clean facility but good luck getting the right treatment from this place. I went in for high blood pressure but received no help whatsoever. I found a great Dr in Munster who helped me tremedouesly. This place is a joke. There is not even a Doctor onsite, they bill you and your insurance for services you don't really need, they send you for labs and do nothing with them. This is probably why the place looks so nice. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Anywhere but here."
