"Went to North shore because I was experiencing flu like symptoms. I got there the last before closing and they got me right back. The medical staff was awesome and caring. Got meds and was on my way. I'm on the road to recovery!! It was a great experience all the way around. I strongly recommend them!!!"

"The ultrasound tech in Hammond was ok, but I’ve better! I was scheduled at 3pm and I went to the back around 3:30 ish! The ultrasound tech was helpful and knowledgeable up until the last minute when she seemed to get frustrated about not being able to see an image! She seemed as if she was in a rush and I felt uneasy at this point! A few times I noticed she almost slipped up and cursed or used inappropriate language towards me telling me to “move” instead of turn on your side! not a good experience overall! I hope someone speaks to her because her bedside manners went out the door for a minute"

"I feel like you need to be a trained crisis’ counselor to talk to the receptionists staff that work here they are so defensive to the point it’s rude. I work in service so I understand the mistreatment someone could face in their job position but maybe if they improved their quality of service and their demeanor they wouldn’t have so many complaints. I called in to get an appointment schedule no problem i asked for a prescription refill and they said would ask my doctor and call me back I unfortunately missed the phone call and they left no voicemail so I have been trying to call back ever since I called multiple times a day for the past three days and no answer when i finally did get an answer No one asked me for my name or information i was transferred to the nursing deportment trying to get a hold of my doctor ? when I explained I was looking for a refill they said would take a message for me to give to my doctor and then she hung up on me without taking my information or my message? what the heck."

"I was very impressed with your facility and your staff. The facility is very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful in answering insurance questions. I noticed how happy everyone was. That means that the management is great to work for. I worked for 38 years in the medical field as a Manager and Medical billing. Therefore,I really did take notice of how well everything was working out . I'm so glad I switched from oak street clinic."
