"I been taking my kids to this clinic since they were born. Over 6yrs even though it's been several pediatricians that worked there I never had problem getting my kids in for checks up. Lately it's been hard to get my kids seen even after being a follow up from the ER. So I was finally able to get them a appointment I get to clinic they pulled the wrong kids with the same last name. I was going to tell them who all I spoke with when I made the appointment but this rude lady comes to front desk with a attitude telling what she can and can't do. There was no need for the extra stuff when all Im trying to do is get my kids seen. Thank God for growth because things would have went a different way if I didn't walk out that clinic."

"The new doctor wouldn’t let me refill my prescription before I want out of town. Do not recommend a place that makes it hard to receive birth control. Go somewhere else. Will be switching doctors as well for the lack of understanding."

"I have had cancelled my depo shot appointments twice already and front desk seems to not care about it even thought I am not the person cancelling my appointment and all I have needed it’s to get a simple depo shot and they can’t even understand that it’s supposed to be between certain days. What a disappointment!"

"Very rude front desk staff. I went for a school physical and 3 weeks later all of my paperwork is still not filled out. I’ve had 3 lab/test mix ups that has caused me to come back THREE times to get my blood drawn again and again. And when my lab results do come in I never receive the call that I was told I would get. Even got contacted by the medical director about my mix ups that the nursing/ medical staff caused only for them to continue to cause them. This was my first time here and I would NEVER come back again. I would highly recommend trying another clinic if you can, I believe they’re kind of new but if they continue with this care I doubt they’ll be around too much longer."

"I went in and talked to the receptionist before switching doctors for my son. They tell me they would be able to see about walk-ins on that day for my 6 song. Then when he gets sick it all changes. I love being lied to. If you loved it to go here. We haven't even seen the doctor for the first time and I'm debating about switching Clinic already"
