"Check in was fast and easy. The nurse who called me back was not friendly and became rude behind the door. I do have patient rights. I have preferences that seemed to annoy her. She rolled her eyes and belittled my choice in how I prefer my test be given. It created an anxiety issue in me and made the rest of my visit uncomfortable. Even though the NP was ok with my choices and didn't see a problem with them. Not sure why there was an attitude of annoyance with me. I have never had an issue in this office until this visit. Everyone else respects my requests. Which aren't an inconvenience to anyone. That nurse never even asked why. She was extremely rude."
