"I had a prescription called in and told the 1st time it would be ready after 10:30am. I went around 12:30 and was told they didn’t have it. I pulled over and called again and was told it was there. Short story-5 pharmacists, customer service sucks and finally got it. After 2020, customer service sucks everywhere. I even switched to this Walgreens because of the same happening at the CVS down the road! Oh well!"

"I always liked Walgreens. Lately they hold on to a prescription and don't fill it until you call. My last script they had for a week, several days for the one before that. I check it online and it says pending. So I call and they say they'll fill it right away. Lines are long. Always call and talk to someone then clear your day."
