"Great room, comfy bed, clean, free tv and wifi, bathroom was clean, shower was warm. They have a little snack section in the lobby, they have a full breakfast, waffle, cereal, yogurt, fruit coffee and juices. This is one of the best hotel/motel I’ve stayed at for the price, will be back."
"The front desk guy had an attitude when I tried to tell him the WiFi wasn’t working. When I asked to get my money back he didn’t apologize or try to be helpful. He followed us back to the room stood right by our door while we tried to gather our things to leave. Treated us like we’re the ones who did something wrong. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Treated us like trash. This was at the Indy Northwest IN289 location."
"The continental breakfast is very simple and small. The rooms were nice. One of the night workers was extremely pleasant while the other one was a little on the grumpy side."
"This was easily one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at, and I really don’t see how anyone could give it a five star in good faith. The bathroom was dirty with what seemed like blood stain in the tub. The room was damp and smelled of mildew throughout the night, the pillows smelled disgusting too. The tv doesn’t work. The AC unit is weirdly placed such that you’d have wind blowing directly at your face no matter where you are on the bed. The free breakfast was minimal with no eggs or meat. The only hot dish you get is a waffle. And for some reason they only turned one waffle iron on despite having two, and people had to wait in line to use it."
