CVS Pharmacy

"I requested that you transfer a prescription from Meijer to take advantage of your lower price. I stopped by to make my request, and gave the pharmacist all the information he needed, including the discount coupon. \nToday I returned to your drive up window to pick up my prescription. The clerk presented me with a bag, and a demand for three times the proper amount. He named the drug, and it was the wrong drug. I searched for my coupon and the name of the prescribed drug. He insisted that Meijer had sent only that prescription. I had to drive to Meijer and ask them to clear it up. They showed me the prescription they transferred, and it was correct. I returned to CVS, and a nice pharmacist was able to supply me with the correct drug at the correct price in a few minutes. \nThe \"team member\" who prepared this transaction was very nice and competent.\nThe first \"team member\" tried to supply me with drugs for which I have no prescription and insisted when I told him he was in error. Then he got rude, and shut the window in my face."

"Not open until 10am now. We always have issues with prescriptions here anyway. Try another CVS. Update: the pharmacist that came in at 10am was new, and very professional and helpful, so maybe they're moving in the right direction."

"This is literally the slowest most incompetent pharmacy I have ever tried to use- and I say "tried" because I'm still waiting on my Rx to be filled a week later. Takes 2 minutes to even get thru their awful convoluted automated answering system, and they will leave you on hold, repeatedly, for big spans of time (my average is 30 minutes). They don't seem to communicate with each other because every time I call about my prescription and get a different pharmacist, they tell me something different. Every time they go to "check something" - whether you're on the phone or there in person- you WILL be left waiting, wondering if they've forgotten you. 5 thumbs down. Unacceptable."

"This CVS Always take forever to fill out my prescriptions, If I don’t go there, my prescription will never be filled because they never answer the phone or pay attention to the order you do online. Horrible services too, the employees don’t care about customer either."

"I am writing this review while waiting for my prescription to be filled at Walgreens across the street from this cvs, who I just switched to. I've used CVS for years. I wish this one didn't suck so much, because they are super close to my house... but they do suck, alot. Always out of everything! Like, why even bother...... trust me. Don't go here."
