"Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I call my scripts in when I have 7 pills left and there have been multiple times where I’ve run out of medicine because they didn’t fill it on time. The pharmacy techs are SO INCREDIBLY RUDE! I don’t know why they work in customer service when they can’t treat a customer with respect. I don’t think I would have even been upset if they just did their job right in the first place. There’s a CVS down the street, I highly recommend going there instead."

"Waited on iron pills kept getting told they'd have them the next day been waiting since Friday it's Tuesday...finally did I guess not sure if I was lied to or not bc they were embarrassed they kept MESSING UP and the rude lady on the phone just kept saying well your insurence doesn't cover it first of all it does, and second of all even if it doesn't, I can pay out of pocket...so why keep repeating yourself unless you don't have them? Why be rude to a customer when you guys can't do your job?"

"This Kroger pharmacy’s employees are in every way wonderful. Ever since my son was badly hurt nothing has been right or easy but they have gone out of their way for us and always do what they can to make it as smooth as possible and we are grateful. We actually moved about 30 min or so away from this location and instead of going to our local store that is 2 minutes away we continue to drive to this one because of the pharmacist and employees. The pharmacist ALWAYS asks how my son and other boys are doing and they genuinely care and actually listen when I tell her about his surgeries/complications etc and that makes my mama heart so happy and grateful when people care about my family. Love and respect to these pharmacy employees!❤️❤️"

"I want to put a shout out to Sam who works in the pharmacy department, this girl went above and beyond when I was sick I had no one to bring me medicine as I live by myself, Sam offered on her own time to bring me my medicine, it is people like her that are heroes in our world today. Thank you so much Sam you have no idea how much it helped me that day, and it truly did restore my faith in humanity. If one of her bosses read this please make sure she is acknowledged, you don’t find A lot of good people like this anymore.
