"Without notificatio over charged $480 debited from my bank account for a prescription covered for FREE by insurance. FREE! It should never have been billed plus I have on my file, a note, to callszźźzźźźź before any charges are billed to my bank account because this isn't the 1st time they did this! I had to borrow money for groceries and bills as I have a fixed income. So they don't read your file and they don't run insurance before billing people, if it was a 1 time mistake then sure, but it's not! This same prescription out of pocket price Is a much lower cost at competing pharmacies in town. So they overcharge for their prescription cost and overcharge billing incorrectly. Awful experience and to fix it, you just have to wait for a refund that takes 3-5 business days. Rediculous. They said they would "add another note" to my file because that worked the last 2 times they incorrectly billed my bank account for home delivery, so fix the problem with a repeat failed solution, got it. The only reason I've used them is for free home delivery but now I'm going to look into a new pharmacy. Awful experience causing stress, anxiety, and hardship."

"I have rxs delivered to live alone legally blind so can't drive. I'm also physically disabled use many rxs. fur a complex autoinflammatory autoimmune illness. If go without meds long I can end up in hospital or worse! I chose this place a few years ago to is the only pharmacy that delivers. They were really good at everything at first. But the past year at least they've become terrible! I have caretakers that help me with errands, appointments some days for a few hours. We have a lot to do so I still want my rxs delivered to irs always a long wait in person! . But the staff doing the rxs now seem to be so unorganized and incompetent I've not been getting my meds. as fast. So almost ran out often! They now only deliver to certain sides of town certain days. They used to come back if missed them the next day.. They now refuse to do this. I've requested them to allow caretakers who were there getting rxs for others to get mine too. But the employees refuse to fill it again to give e them! They just continue to say to my caretakers "it's with the drivers. They might or might not come back it"! The drivers said they can fill again if is one there to get for me if is not a controlled substance. My rxs are not! I think I'm going to.look into a George's. They're not in Bloomington by there's a location that WILL deliver here!"

"I've been a customer for literally 2 days, but after years of being a CVS customer, I am astonished with how I've been treated thus far by Williams Bros. I submitted a prescription transfer request online, they called the next day to say they'd been transferred. I called them back, asked if I could get them delivered, and they said they could deliver them THAT DAY...FOR FREE. The delivery guy could not have been nicer or more helpful! He even took my payment at the door. I'm not used to a pharmacy saying they're going to do something and then ACTUALLY doing it!! So pleased with them so far. Their customer service is top notch!"
