"In town for a kids tournament. The front desk and lobby staff at this hotel were incredible: professional, friendly, engaging, and helpful. Received better customer service and had a better experience than many luxury hotels we've stayed in. Rooms were new and clean. Lobby was spacious with lots to do."

"First thing I want to say is that the staff are AMAZING. So friendly, so nice, so polite, and so helpful. They really do a good job in everything they directly influence or control. Besides that, it's a very mid hotel. I have definitely stayed in much worse, but for what they charge, I have stayed in much nicer for much less. Don't expect much in the way of amenities. No room microwave or coffee maker. The breakfast is hot but it's not very good. Great for saving money if you aren't picky, otherwise if you have the money and a palate, just go get breakfast somewhere else. The rooms are clean, be careful if you are sensitive to cleaning chemicals because they use a lot, but at least you know its sanitary."

"The checkin girls were really nice. The bed was horrible, small hard as a rock! The ac sounded like a washing machine and was way too loud. The ac was turning off when we left the room leaving it muggy inside. Bathroom was gross. Needs remidated and not painted over mold. It can make people very sick long term. Not safe for CIRS folks, if traveling do not stay here. No one cleaned our room and it was gross. The breakfast was so nasty. Worst one I have ever had at a hotel. Location was safe. Check ouT Asian lady was rude and didn’t acknowledge my husband! You do not belong in the hospitality field if you DO not know how to acknowledge people or be friendly! We had to pay $12 for water! Usually I get free water because im Hilton honors. There was no free water and the machine was out of order. Way to treat veterans."
