Hotel Indy, Indianapolis, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

"Absolutely a fabulous hotel!!! Kate at the front desk is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! As someone who travels 48 weeks a year I greatly appreciate clean hotels with awesome staff and Hotel Indy is leaps and bounds ahead of the game!!!"

"SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOURSELF DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL YOU ARE CHARGED MULTIPLE TIMES!!!!! We booked this hotel after seeing how nice the pictures were and the location. We set the money we were told we would be charged aside in advance to get to the hotel and be charged an additional $50 at the location we were not informed about. The NEXT day I get a charge for $100.00 that I or My partner was NOT notified about and there was no notice or explanation before the charge!!! We canceled our trip a day early we had to cancel our dinner we reserved for new years because of the unnecessary charges we were charged against our knowledge. I no longer wanted to be randomly charged by this hotel and end up with nothing to get us back home to MI. This was our first time in Indianapolis and at your establishment. We wont recommend or be back this place is a rip off. Its not ok to charge anybody anything without their knowledge because you have access to their cards."

"My husband and I got married and were gifted two nights at the hotel. We came in the night before our wedding and when we checked in they said the card on file was declined, which was crazy because she paid a month ago. I tried my card, but it was also declined, but I had money in my account. Finally my husband’s worked. An hour I noticed the amount was pending from my account, my husbands, and my sisters. My husband called just to ask what the issue was. He got on the phone with CARSON and he was very rude to him from the start. My sister talked to him and he was very rude to her as well. Out of everything revolving the wedding, this was the biggest disappointment. We won’t stay here anymore!"

"I came to this hotel because I heard good things about… after driving 3hrs I had to use the restroom really badly and I told the ladies at the front desk that I had a reservation but I just wanted to use the restroom before I proceeded to check in. The lady stated to me “we don’t have a public restroom” so before I would consider going back and fourth with anyone, I just took my coins elsewhere!! It bothers me that after I told you I had a reservation and you stated too a potential “guest” you don’t have a public restroom, let me further know what type of experience I was going to have!!! That’s the first bad taste of Indy i experience so far, I pray my weekend don’t go that way! I will be reach out to higher up’s to see if this how they treat all they guest or was it because the color of my skin!!"
