"I have never been so disappointed the staff was inexperienced and lack hospitality.The lobby had a bad smell to it and wasn’t very clean.The carpet in our room was badly stained and the room itself was very dated.One of the employee smelled like marijuana as we walked by.There were over filled trash cans in the hallway. Very misleading by the photos online"
"Judy, Sam and Lataja are super sweet and friendly. I won't lie the beds are the most comfortable but that's out of their hands and the quality of service completely compensate for that. The rooms are pretty spotless when you first walk in so you know house keeping is working hard. Overall wonderful stay would stay again."
"My door, I found out after having left all my valuables inside of for several hours, would not latch. When I brought this to management’s attention, they already knew, yet they still placed me in that room. The phone would not work, and the toilet only flushed about half the time. The entire building reeked of cigarettes. I will say this, though- the front desk lady was very nice."
