"Room was very nasty. Just needed a last min hotel to get some rest before we hit the road. Was so tired I didn't even feel like calling priceline to request a different hotel. Walls were dirty with black stains like brunt makes on them. Sheets were dirty door barley locked. We had less than a half roll of tissue. The pillows was terrible no cushion very flat. Tub had blacks marks in it. I could go on and on I should've took a picture but my kids hated it. I just asked them to bear with it because we was leave in a few hours. I will never book there again. Should've asked for a refund"

"I don’t even know how to put in words of how disgusting this place is. Service is terrible, as soon as I entered their filthy lobby, I was waiting in line for almost 30 mins for an already booked room, mind you. And then they proceeded to ask me for more personal info that I didn’t think was needed, just to get a ‘non smoking room’ with cigarette buds floating in the toilet bowl. I couldn’t stay in that room for longer than 10 mins so I left, I basically wasted about $100 for the room that I did not stay in. It was my fault because I should’ve done more research but hey, you live and you learned."

"I use to stay at this location a lot a few years ago, had no idea it changed this much. I paid for a room and didn’t even bother to go in. The entire place looked shady as ever. I felt like if I walked into that room I would never walk back out. Gave me trafficking vibes. I sat in the car to watch the surroundings and I didn’t get a safe vibe. The same black car kept circling around. No thank you. This place use to be really nice, I don’t know what happened to it. Reading the reviews I’m happy I didn’t go inside."

"How this place retains the rights to call themselves Red Roof Inn is beyond me. I’ve stayed at many of their locations around the country. Typically you can count on a clean room, comfortable bed and comfy linens. The bed was a joke! Worn out and my wife and I caved in the middle. Paid extra for the “superior room”. Laughable no refrigerator and the room was tiny, dirty etc. STAY A WAY."
