"Management is sneaky, when it came time to renew our lease. They sent paper work that was dated for 10th, and it needed to be turned and signed by the 28th. I got the paper 3 days before the 28th. When I went to talk the daughter about it she said that was a miss understanding. They never answer their phone even after several voicemails .Their attitude is horrible about getting them to come fix anything in the apartment. I had been calling them to come fix things in my unit for over a month I started recording when I was calling so they couldn’t say I never left a voicemail. I work 12 hr shift so I don’t always feel like walking to the office when they can just answer the phone. Anything that has to do with paper work from them I make copy’s and recording because they are sneaky. Even all my neighbors say the same thing. My rent has never been late, nor have their been any complaints towards me. Anyone that asks me about this place I tell them don’t do it. Negative 0"

"If I could give this place negative stars I would. The management here is HORRIBLE. There is a mother daughter duo working in the office and they both have terrible attitudes. For starters they’re never in the office or ever answer the phone. You leave multiple voicemails and they never get back to you. I had an issue with my heat this past winter and when I was able to reach them in the office I was told it was not a maintenance emergency and I will need to file a work order. I have a 1 year old and I expressed to them that the conditions were so bad that I did not feel comfortable with my baby being in the cold unit. I was then told that to do a work order they are fulfilled on Wednesday’s and Friday’s. So I asked how am I to heat my apartment in the meantime the daughter told me to figure it out. I asked how can I file a complaint against her and I was given her mothers card Anna Maldonado. Lol a joke right. So I call of course there’s no answer. So Anna then calls back with a nasty attitude. She proceeded to tell me I would have to do a work order which I did then sends me an email with a list of fees that’ll apply if I attempted to heat my apartment. So I left for the weekend. These two are bad for business I’m not sure If it’s my age because I’m a young tenant or what but I pay my 1000+ rent like everyone else. I deserve to be treated with respect. I dread having to call or go to the office because it’s a terrible experience. I’ve asked multiple times who Can I talk to about their behavior and I get nothing from either of them. The lady that set me up with my apartment last year was a doll. So nice and friendly but unfortunately she’s no longer there. I wonder why. I am still trying to find out who I can talk to about these 2. And reading the reviews from other tenants I’m not the only one having an issue with them."

"Very lengthy but read for your own good. If I could give this place a -5 stars, I surely would. They moved my mother and two special needs (one handicapped) brothers into a bed bug infested unit. They first sent maintenance out to exterminate and that did nothing. They came a second time and the bugs were still there. They finally sent professionals and they have come out FOUR times. Each time my mother had to pack EVERYTHING as if she was moving out of the unit, only to have to put everything back. And the bugs were STILL there. My handicapped brother prefers to crawl instead of use a wheelchair inside and not once did they want to clean the carpet when asked to do so by my mother. Which would only make sense. How do you have SIX bed bug treatments and not follow up with a carpet cleaning? All those chemicals soiled into the carpet. Dead bed bugs also in the carpet. You couldn't walk around in just your socks. The bottom would be just a black from the carpet as if you are wearing shoes. My mother pleaded and begged to get switched to another unit of the same model because with a handicapped son and another who is special needs, it's not easy to just up and move constantly. They were only at this place for one year. BUILDING 3242, UNIT 208 IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS!!!! Yes, they are still there and she just moved out this week. They mistreated a 66 year old elderly woman, a special needs man and a handicapped man. My family has been forced to leave this dump and relocate to another property due to the negligence of management, Anna and her daughter. They are rude, unhelpful, inconsiderate, evil and disrespectful. They should NOT be working with the public. Oh, and you have to pay to use the pool. They need your child's birth certificate for them to swim. This place is HORRIBLE!!"

"have been living there since April and I truly love my place Anna and Darla are very nice and helpful my apartment is 2bedroom 2bath and is very spacious and clean plenty of closet space i adore my balcony which is also spacious. The only downer is the swimming pool rules and times being that having a pool was the first thing that made me want to live there for I am truly an outdoor person so not being able to utilize pool as frequent as I would like is a little disappointing... Overall it is a beautiful, friendly place."
