"HORRIBLE location! My husband slammed his hand in a door and was bleeding heavily and was in extreme pain and they turned us away because they closed in 10 mins. It was likely a simple clean up and removing the nail. We just wanted to make sure the nail didn’t get infected and was cleaned properly. Danielle R is the nurse that turned us away because she was ready to go home for the night. Zero compassion or care. There were multiple nurses on staff someone could have taken us. She complained that they had two more patients to care for before they could go home. The front desk clerk was nice enough to give us an ice pack. So we are appreciative of that, but Danielle is such a poor representation of a nurse it’s beyond me. What happened to serving your community and helping people who are clearly hurt and in pain. We will NEVER be coming back to this location EVER AGAIN! They really should just close this location. It’s worthless."
"I have an 11 o'clock appointment. I arrived here at 10.30, and there were only 2 people in the waiting room when I got here. It's a very long wait to see Dr. My appointment is at 11. This is my first time here. I will just see how it plays out, but so far it is very slow. The lady who checked me in at the front desk is very nice and professional. The facility is very clean. However If they are this slow with less than four people waiting, I won't be back. time now is 11.58 and I still haven't seen Dr. I'm still waiting. I should have read the reviews first. The Dr finally came in . she have a beautiful personality and very friendly. She went through all my medical history on line. Chit chat about her son and husband. Listen to my lungs. Visited was over. I then told her that I felled and I have bruises that comes up every where and I was told it was due to my veins and low circulation in my left foot. The Dr told me that I need to stop falling. Wth. I have leukemia that run in the family and veins issues. Feel like I have a hard knot on back of my leg which was my main reason for coming to make sure it wasn't a blood clot. Overall she do needs to do a exam full exam and listen to her patients complaints then she will probably be given better reviews So now I have to make another appt with a different Dr to get this problem addressed.. it's not normal for bruises to pop up on your legs and back and other body parts. This is not due to me falling"
"Deserves a big ZERO Took a friend for his appointment and the dr saw him for less than 5 minutes and told him he couldn’t help him when he said he had eye issues and a sore throat for the past week. He was told to go to the eye doctor but didn’t even bother to look at his eye or his throat. Worse place ever, don’t know how you can say you care about patients when your doctors dismiss them."
"Came 16 miles out of the way for what the Advocate app told me was the most convenient next available appointment. I checked in and was told to wait in my car for a "swab & go" (2 minute prodcedure max that really didn't even need to be ordered) which they would call me in for on my phone. 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I have to go back in and ask why I haven't been called. Apparently, when I saw on my app and was told 45 minutes prior that there was no one in front of me, that was suddenly false and there were 4 people in front of me. I made the appointment a 5:30am so I don't know how 4 people got in front of me between 5:30am and 9am. The back is just as disorganized as the front and lab. I honestly don't even trust them to process my test correctly. I might have had better care at Oaklawn or Orland. An unnecessary 2 minute test took me 2 hours to get done, plus gas. Don't come here. They need new management and new employees that actually know how to check someone in for their appointment."
