"I love Dr. Morgan and her staff but it seems that it always takes so long to be seen by a Doctor.. they always say they’re short staffed, why is that? However I bring my children on time and I expect them to be seen in a timely fashion but no!! It always takes a hour and a half to be seen and sometimes 2 hours... ugh I tried to deal with this but I just can’t.. I have to find another pediatrician for my babies because I’m so tired of them being short staffed and I have to schedule my other appointments around them because I don’t know how long I’m going to be there... smh"

"I can honestly say the staff is great as far as attitude but what I didn't like most was lack of communication between staff & parent especially for a first timer. They need more signage telling you where to go. I also never got to meet the doctor which I thought was weird. But next time I know I'll have a better experience. It's a small practice which is something I like, I really like that it wasn't a long wait. We will be back."
