"I took my grand-daughter to see Dr. Cosgrove for the first time yesterday. I was not impressed with my visit at all. The only thing that impressed me was how quick they called us back. Dr. Cosgrove came into the room and stated her name, no hand shake or anything. She had a dry nonchalant attitude about her. Mind you we are brand new patients coming to her, you would think she would have been a little more friendly. Not. She examined my grand daughter in my lap, I have never seen this done before. She is 2 so she could have sat on the examination table. She answered my questions like I was bothering her. Like I said, I was not impressed with our visit and I will not be back! A one star is actually too much for her!"
