"The waiting is ridiculous. They schedule several individuals all at the same time. We had to spend 90 minutes waiting before we were seen. The place is a joke. Their waiting area has only 6 chairs all sandwiched by each other, no distance whatsoever. My bathroom is bigger than the waiting room. And then they tell you to wear a mask. How about you move those chairs apart? 2 ladies at the desk, one was nice, the other one was just so dry like am asking her to do me a favor. Pens are secured inside instead of outside, like people are going to steal a $0.10 pen. The MRI lady was so nice. The sign out on the street is confusing, located between 2 buildings. Nothing tells you where to go once you are in the parking lot... just a strange place all together. Will definitely be going elsewhere next time."
