"When I went 3 weeks ago, I had an ok experience and rated it higher. Since then, it has been a nightmare. Somehow they have lost my X-ray?? The doctor who ordered it has contacted them several times, only to be told I haven’t been there yet. So they asked me to call. I was rerouted several times, never speaking to someone actually there. On my 4th transfer, the lady answered and then hung up. Of course I can’t call back, because they didn’t give me the number, only kept transferring me. So now I’m going to have to take off work, again, and drove up there?!? This is insane, and no one will help me."

"I had an appointment scheduled for a ultra sound. After driving 30 minutes and waiting 15. They tell me they don't accept my insurance, even though they gave me my copay ahead of time. I was not the only one this happened to while I was there. Blamed it on new person. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL"

"They took my mom in with minimal notice to do a cat scan that was referred by Heart South. While testing she had some complications and the staff was very concerned and took very good care of her. They stayed in constant contact with the doctor that referred her and took her to the ER themselves and made sure she had very thing she needed before handing her off to the ER. The issue ended up not being as severe as they first thought and she was released a few hours later. I’m thankful the staff was concerned enough to take action. When it comes to medical issues I have learned better safe than sorry and good medical staff makes all the difference!"
