He still work a there he can't defend himself and makes things up. Never seemed like he was all there. I HAD AN UNCALLED FOR issue THERE. IT WASTED ARE POLICE OFFICERS TIME WHEN THEY COULD OF BEEN DOING OTHER THINGS. FAMILY EXPRESS ALL THE WAY."

"Leticia and another worker whose name I didn’t catch were loudly complaining and condescending about my and other customers intentional avoidance of the self-checkout line. blissfully unaware of the fact that it makes their own job redundant. It’s like in a cartoon when a character is sawing through the tree branch they’re sitting on, except with a highly unpleasant person unaware she’s making her own job obsolete. I don’t believe that “service with a smile” should be a thing, but open contempt and hostility to customers coming from a woman in her fifties who should know better is unacceptable"

"Customer Service from Leticia the worse service I've ever had. She does not have the personality to work in this type of environment. I frequent this place all of the time and usually the service is GREAT, but after tonight I will not come back to this place ever again. I am not the kind of person that leave reviews unless it is a very good review, but her demeanor was so nasty I had to leave a review as well as call the Corporate 800 number in the morning. I wouldn't have given this experience 1 star, but I had to, in order to post a review."

"I don't know who the lady is working right now at 1:00 Saturday memorial Day weekend in the afternoon but she is the worst woman I've ever met in my life she's worse than my ex-wife and that's horrible! Lol I mean just angry snippy she had glasses on with like clear frames and a pointy beak nose and just so annoyed with everybody She even left the counter for like 5 minutes there was a line and she just walked in like big deal. Worst experience ever hated it!"
