"We have had the best experience with Pet Food Center West lately. We recently added some new pets to our home and the staff was very helpful in our transition. They were extremely knowledgeable about hamsters and gave us all the info we needed to make them have the happiest life possible. Our girl Reggie wants for nothing thanks to the staff at PFCW. They have also recently helped us with our fish tank problems. We have had an influx of death amongst our poor fish and we immediately sought out help. The staff tested our water, gave suggestions on tank improvement conditions, and even replaced the fish we had lost. Overall it has been a wonderful experience and we will continue to visit for our pet needs!"

"Love this pet store. The 1st thing I do every time is go look at all of the pets. They have some common favorite pets and some less common very interesting ones which helped me decide what kind of lizard I'm getting next! Love that they carry some local pet food and other great and better quality products then the big chains. The staff is always friendly and ready to answer any questions and if they don't know the answer they find it for me!"
