"Ordered counter top through Home Depot and Aristoline is their local contractor. Ordered mid November, Tim came out and measured, said install would be mid January. Called end of December was told counter was in production, asked if mid January was still on schedule and was told yes. Here it is end of January and ....crickets. have Called and left messages for them to give an update on the schedule......crickets."

"I had severely damaged my Corian kitchen countertop and this company did an excellent job of repairing the spots and polishing the tops in our kitchen and utility room. They are like new and I am so happy. Two gentlemen came and had the job done in a little over 3 hours. They were polite and friendly. I did have to call the manager a couple times to get on his schedule as he said he was slammed with business during the potluck."

"Cant give 0 stars. Using this company because HD assigned them to me for our counter tops on our kitchen remodel. It took 2 weeks for them to get a sales person out to check measurements, and we were told 3-4 weeks out. 4 weeks later we call and they said they are in production but need $200 more because of extra "specialty cuts", so we paid them. 5 weeks we call and there is no ETA available. 6 weeks and the sales guy says they are close to being done and will call us in a few days. 7 weeks (8 days after talking to the sales rep) I am told they have not started yet and the sales rep will call us in a week OR TWO!? I have now had a kitchen waiting to be finished remodeled for 4 weeks and holidays fast approaching. I would highly encourage people to NOT use this company. I do not care if they do a fantastic job on the day of install, I am already not recommending them. Not to mention I am doubtful of what the install will be like based on the current service and inaccurate information I have been given."

"We spent several thousand on our cabinets and kitchen island. There were a couple of things I wanted to change or improve upon. I scheduled a home appointment with the owner. He came out and took measurements and told me he would put a couple of ideas on paper and email them to me. I waited approximately 2 months to contact him. Took a few attempts to speak with him. He acted like he had sent something. I told him he had not. I have called at least 4 times since starting this in February (now July) and nothing. I do not recommend this cabinet maker."

"The company is very unresponsive and untimely in their communication. We had to follow up with them on every step of the process from providing quotes, to coming out to measure, to installation of our counter tops. The installers were nice and went the extra mile; however, one of the installers cut his arm and did not bandage it , which caused blood to be smeared on the inside of our cabinets. We brought this to the attention of the owner, and he was very apologetic about the situation. He told me that he would look at the quote, in order to provide a discount, and get back with me. He never did. We received an invoice 4 weeks later, which included a very small discount. Upon receiving the invoice, I spoke with the owner and he begrudgingly agreed to an increased discount. We're generally happy with the installation of our counter tops; however, this entire process in working with the company has been quite frustrating and I do not recommend working with them."
