"This is the absolute worst office on the Eastern Shore. They never have envelope out so you can use your kiosk. They won’t give you envelopes when you ask for it but instead they want you to wait in line when they could easily just fill the inventory in the main space so customers can grab it or they could just hand you an envelope. What is the point of the kiosk when you don’t provide proper materials and envelopes so customers can utilize it ? The employees are very rude and I get that they’re stressed but I feel like a lot of their stress could be alleviated if they would have just keep things well stocked for their consumers."
"The worst experience. The two customer service representatives were clearly miserable and did not want to be interacting with USPS customers. I observed a White customer telling the Black woman that she was "wonderful and to please try to have a better day"; clearly trying to cheer the disrespectful, unhappy Black woman up. Obviously a kind gesture, and the Black woman continued to be unfriendly, rude and dour. Do not visit this location it is horrific."
"The black woman who works the front (Reah?) has no business working where she interacts with people. I watched in line as she was plain nasty to everyone. I see others have mentioned her before. Hey, if you are that unhappy, why not just quit lady? It's obvious you won't get fired. They must accept any warm body over there, but I feel bad for the people who deal with her everyday."
"The site says walk-ins for passports Tuesday-Thursday from 10-11. This is misleading because they setup appointments during those hours and in most cases you could wait a very long time as a walk-in and may even get sent away to make an appt for another day. I was helped as a walk-in and was thankful for that because I desperately needed my passport but was talked to like I was a child when I brought to his attention that he left one of my papers just laying on the counter that needed to be included. I will go to a different location next time."
"My mail carrier can't/won't follow directions to properly execute their job... last time it was a large bent envelope that was stamped in big red letters "DO NOT BEND" - and just yesterday, they left a "Signature Required" package in my mailbox without getting my signature! It was an expensive piece of jewelry that I paid extra to get the SIGNATURE delivery for extra security, but security measures do nothing when the USPS employee doesn't do their job correctly. Lazy & careless. I will always use FedEx when given a choice."
