"Stop supporting this McDonald's location. This McDonald's consistently provides the lowest quality of food and service of any location that I've ever visited. Each time that I decide to give them a try, I am again disappointed. Do yourself a favor and drive to the McDonald's in Daphne."

"This is absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in my entire life. I try to go there sometimes because I work literally right next-door my last visit. I was stuck in the drive-through for 42 minutes. If I wouldn’t of been stuck in between two cars, I would’ve drove off, but I still never got my food nor did anybody ever even take my order and even on the days they do answer the intercom through the drive-through they never get the order right this place should be reported."

"This McDonald’s is one of the worst. Owners don’t care about quality or take pride in their product. Don’t follow franchise prices, are often out of simple products like sweet tea and CO2 for Soda, and if you order through DoorDash, you are almost 100% guaranteed to be missing products. Added my large Coke which was 90% ice. Couldn’t even get the straw into the cup it was so packed with ice. Unless you’re desperate, drive to a different, out of Daphne, McDonald’s."

"My husband and I went out of our way to eat here as it states on Google they are open on Saturdays until 12. We walked in at 11:42 PM because the door was open and we saw kids eating. We were then told they close at 11:00 PM on Saturdays. The door also stated they are open on Saturdays until 12. Completely understand if they close at 11 PM on Saturdays, but they should adjust their online presence and door times to reflect that."

"Placed a mobile order to wait 35 minutes for it. Had to go inside to get it, to watch them taking food out of my order to give to others. Lady putting food in the bags didn’t have her shoes on. Someone in gym clothes that works for other McDonald’s got up from the lobby to help us. Tried to get a refund for the food and the managers couldn’t even do it. Also forgot to mention the manager was just sitting in the lobby, looking sick. If you notice from the picture, they didn’t even fill my fries… Probably the worst McDonald’s in America"
