"I honestly don’t see why there is any bad reviews on this place. It’s clean, very organized, and the ladies are super nice. I was struggling this morning to carry 2 packages in and TRALISE helped me before I made it to the door and was super generous. I’ve been charged $2.00 plus tax for a single piece of tape at another local UPS store, she taped my box right up! Daphne UPS has my business!"

"This store is completely incompetent in handling returns. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated fairly by employees who know customer service. I talked with 3 different people and all three were totally incapable of solving a problem created by UPS. Their inability to solve this problem cost me $120 before it was all over. There solution was to either allow them to try return to sender again, contact the company that sent the items and wait for a return shipping label, or drive the packages to Robertsdale. Which is a 20- 30 minute drive. None of which solved my problem. So I chose to pay twice for shipping because their answers did not get the item returned in a timely manner. I chose the option that was least trouble to me but the mostly costly. I gave them ample opportunity to help solve my problem. They couldn’t or wouldn’t. Pooooor customer service."
