"This location has definitely fallen off in comparison to other locations. Twice now I have ordered strips at noon with limited traffic in a drive thru and they have had to pull me foward. Why? The truth is to make your drive thru times look better which essentially makes it fraud. If you don't have the food and you aren't backed up then why pull the customer forward? Service is slow, drive to Foley for a better exp. Sad to see this go downhill."

"Every single time I attempt to go to daphne Chick-fil-A they get my order wrong. I ordered an egg white grill this morning and they gave me grilled chicken egg and cheese on a biscuit? It wasn’t even busy like usual. They always forget sauces. They always forget straws. It’s so old and soo annoying. Just don’t waste your time and go to the Spanish fort one. They actually pay attention to what they’re doing. Can’t even eat what I paid for bc it’s terrible."

"This Chik-fil-A is always good, always busy, and always moving the food out. The traffic in and out can be a bit difficult to navigate, so just be careful and keep your eyes open. Today, I had a kale bowl and grilled chicken, I combined them and added Buffalo sauce. Mmmmm, so good! Of course, you can never go wrong with a fruit cup for dessert! ❤️"

"Biscuits are not fully cooked still dough , then asked for jelly , guy said it will be in the bag. My husband asked while he handed us the bag, is there jelly in there ? Oh yes sir it’s in the bag. Wasn’t nothing in our bag. Sat right there and lied to my husband with a straight face. Half the biscuits my husband got not only was they still dough but there was no chicken in half of the 10 he purchased."
