"VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.IT STARTED OFF GOOD AT FIRST.THEN MY DELIVERY DATE KEEP GETTING CHANGED WITHOUT ME KNOWING.I HAVE A EXTREMELY BUSINESS SCHEDULE BECAUSE I AM A CAREGIVER FOR MY MOTHER.SO THEREFORE I DO NOT BE AT HOME HARDLY.TAKING MY MOTHER TO AND FROM OCCUPATIONAL AND PHYSICAL THERAPIES NOT COUNTING HER DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS.IT WAS TIMES WHEN SOMETHING CAME UP AND I WOULD CALL AND LET THEM KNOW SO THAT A DRIVER WOULD NOT STOP.ONE TIME THE DRIVER DID NOT STOP. I HAD TOLD THEM DAYS IN ADVANCED THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO BE HOME HAD A TAG ON MY DOOR ANYWAY.WHAT MADE ME CANCEL FOR GOOD. ONE DAY THE MEALS WAS LEFT OUTSIDE BOXES SOAK AND WET. DRIVER DID NOT GET A VISUAL ON ME GETTING THE BOXES INSIDE MY HOME.DID NOT KNOW HOW LONG THE FOOD WAS OUT THERE WAS NOT GOING TO BRING IN AND MAKE ANYONE IN ME HOUSEHOLD SICK.LACK OF COMMUNICATION.HAD A EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY.IT IS SAD THAT MY MOTHER CAN NOT GET THESE SERVICES THAT SHE QUALIFY FOR.GOT TIRED OF CALLING COMPANY COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SERVICE.I REALLY HOPE NO ONE ELSE GO THRU WHAT I WENT THRU.DO NOT DESERVE A ONE STAR."

"My experience with this company was horrible they say they came to my address for times and then all of a sudden then they said they came at a certain time which I was asleep at and then also the person who was delivering the food said that I had moved. I spoke with a customer service agent Keevie she could not help me so I ask to speak to a manager and was informed that she could not get a manager to me but I could have her email surprisingly the caseworker called me a minute later with the manager on the phone and also she could not accommodate me because I needed to change the date of delivery so I canceled with this company what happened to a company trying to accommodate the customer this company is good as long as you don't need any special stipulations"
