"Called them because couldn’t get an Uber or any other taxi service to come to get me and my mom in Wemptumpka. We’re not from around here so we don’t know a soul. Was quick and easy to get a ride and driver was on time! If I ever find myself in Montgomery needing a ride, I know who to call."
"Apparently this is a cash only business that doesn’t inform you of the cash only policy until they pick you up and you’re in their vehicle. The driver arrived on time to pick me up around midnight from the airport. I am a female passenger riding alone. I get into the rear of the vehicle and the driver says “do you have cash”. Response “No, can’t you take card”. Driver “No, I can take you to an ATM”. Response “Well that wasn’t discussed over the phone when I made this reservation, I am leaving”. I attempt to open the door but I cannot find the unlock function. I ask the driver to let me out. Driver starts to reach for the unlock button and hesitates asking again “are you sure you can’t go to an ATM”. Response “No, let me out. I am done with this transaction”. Reluctantly he let me go. This was a frightening experience and I caution all women who decide to use their services to consider another company. 10/10 will not recommend. They need to improve their customer service and communication."
