Domino's Pizza

"Over the past two years I’ve lived here, they started off as well as any domino’s restaurant. After about 6 months it started to go downhill fast. From bad cut pizza, toppings (sauce and all) slid to one side as if it were dropped on its side in the box, to being almost impossible to get someone on the phone. Things have not gotten better, I’m not one to complain but this place is awful. The driver I’ve gotten the last two deliveries was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude that made me want to do more than just complain…after finally getting someone at the store I wasn’t allowed to speak to a manager and the excuse for the long hold was “i don’t know man, sometimes they just don’t wanna answer the phones”. Terrible place, terrible service, terrible product. I’ve used domino’s for all my orders wherever I lived the past 6 years or so. I’m ordering elsewhere from now on. This was the straw."

"The crew is always on top of their game. They even remember me every time I come in. Fast and friendly. Pizza is always great."

"Very sparse meat on the meat lovers pizza, not worth the cost! Also had BBQ sauce on my supreme pizza and it was sweet and ruined the pizza. When I called the manager seemed like it was no big deal, not apologetic...I WAS NOT IMPRESSED THIS TIME PLUS NOW THEY CHARGE FOR LITTLE PACKETS OF PARMESAN CHEESE."

"Ordered delivery last night and my pizza was horrible! The only thing that was decent was the chicken and pasta. My food came fast and I was impressed because it usually takes longer than the time it took to get my food last night. So at first I’m like, I hope it’s not cold and it didn’t take long to realize that was the case. They gave me pizza that was old and had been sitting out for hours from the look and taste of it. They threw toppings on it but you could still tell it was old, I barely order pizza and this is why! Never again, money gone down the drain!"

"Always a bad experience. Every time we order from here, our food spends forever getting "quality checked" before it goes out, and then shows up cold. This time, we ordered because we had an offer for a "free" pizza. Of course, with the delivery-only restriction, minimum spending requirement for delivery, the delivery charge, and a tip, "free" is actually a little over $20. I got the notification that it was being "quality checked", and then it was over 20 minutes before I got the notification that it was sent out for delivery. Another 20+ minutes and my app informed me that my food had been delivered. Only problem? It hadn't. Waited a few more minutes, then called the store, where I was informed that the driver had actually only just left. The food arrived finally, ice cold, just over an hour after we ordered it. Even free, not worth it."
