"We scheduled a guided distillery tour and were amazed by the knowledge, process, and passion of the distillers including Justin, our guide, as well as Alan, the Head Distiller who joined us and added even more to our experience. We were so impressed with the start-to-finish process and the explanations that Justin gave throughout the tour. He provided a great amount of detail and science to the distillation process, but kept it understandable for us novices. Justin was great about answering any questions we threw his way and added his own personal experiences to the storytelling that really made it enjoyable and informative. He even asked us about our own tastes and recommended certain spirits at the tasting, which is included. We got more than we paid for and would highly recommend the guided tour!"
