"After 20 yrs. Our Pella multi-point door lock failed. After no luck searching for a replacement, we went to Hinges and Handles. We no sooner explained our situation and they all jumped in to help. Tom, experienced in Pella locks, not only had exactly what we needed, he went to great lengths to explain how to replace the lock. He told us to call if we had any questions. Tom is the encyclopedia of Hinges and Handles. We came home, replaced the lock. We had to enlarged the openings on the strike plate, but it works perfectly.
