"I purchased a 2010 Toyota Highlander today from Point Auto. Great experience. Todd and Nate were great to work with. No pressure. Was patient. The car was fully serviced and the necessary repairs made before it went on the lot I was pleasantly surprised when I picked it up and it was detailed and fully fueled. I have bought several used cars and leaving the lot with a clean, fully fueled vehicle was a nice surprise and appreciated. I would buy another car from them."

"So I bought a car(106000 miles) from this dealership last July. It’s been almost a year. Nate was a nice guy to work with and it went smooth. However, shortly after buying the car two months in, I had to take it to an autorepair shop to get it worked on. Since then, I have spent atleast 2 grand in fixing it up and new problems keep arising from it. I felt like I wasn't disclosed of further issues with the car especially issues with the brakes and wheel system. I guess that is the risk you take from buying a used car. Edit: Nate responded swiftly on my review I left 2 months ago, and I reached out to him explaining my issues. He listened and also explained his side which was fair. He also sounded regretful to hear of the review I had left so we made up a time to see each other to figure out a solution. What I like about him is he followed through with what I told him what would make me happy(he asked me along the lines of that) and I could sense he did not want me to leave his office unsatisfied with the car. We immediately got an appointment set up at an auto-repair shop for the issues. A month and a half later, the issues I told him about (that if were fixed, would make happy) got handled. With confidence, despite all the issues I've had in the past with this vehicle, I would come back to Point Auto for a 2nd car. This is mainly because of his customer service and personality. Personally, I do not like dealing with salespeople, but Nate isn't your ordinary salesman. He does not try to screw you over. I know that for sure because if I had immediately complained to him about the issue I had 2 months after buying the car, I'm 100% sure he would've worked with me on it, just like on this recent job. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for used cars. 10/10"
