"I have never in my life spoke to someone sooooo rude! Called Thurs they told me he'd call Friday at 5:30. No one ever called. Finally I called the office at 7pm and asked what was going on. Had to leave a voicemail. They called Monday and asked to reschedule so with a little hesitation I did. He was supposed to call today at 12. He calls at 1:03, over an hour late. He asks me what do u need? Ummm...I tried explaining to him that this was my husbands life and that I was hesitant to hire him because he blew our first appointment off and didn't even call then called over an hour late for the 2nd appointment. He snapped my head off and started preaching to me about how he's very supportive of immigrants and that I should be happy that he's calling me at all. Excuse me?? Then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted him to call me on time I can pay the $50 that no one told me about btw. I tried explaining that his secretary never told me about $50 to speak on time (really) and he told me again how I should be happy he was offering free services because some attorneys charge u a fee then hung up on me!!! Sir you are rude, disrespectful and too arrogant to have peoples lives literally in ur hands. If u cannot even be on time for a phone call why the heck would I hire u for my husband's future?! Please please DO YOUR RESEARCH before you hire someone as rude and arrogant for ur future!!!!"
