Laser Flash

"Had a very bad experience here upon arrival. When we first arrived we were met with a terrible attitude from the manager. Then we we staged playing, the game broke after the first round and instead of fixing the game after we informed the referee that it wasn’t working, they let us play 2 more rounds of a broken game not getting the full experience at all. We had no idea where the bases were at and were running around with no idea what to do for a full 20-25 minutes. After asking the referee if he could fix the game he informed us that he could not fix it, yet assured us that we would be able to see our scores after the game finished. When the game finished we were told that the scores weren’t printable or viewable because it had broken. We weren’t offered any discount or refund for a very bad experience. I pointed out that we didn’t get the full experience that we paid for or our scores that we were told that we would get to the manager and he had an extremely poor attitude telling us that we were told how to play the game and the rest of it was on us even though their broken equipment was the root of the problem. We then heard from another player that had been there for hours and had played multiple games that it had been broken all night and hadn’t worked for numerous rounds. They knowingly let us pay full price for a game that they knew wasn’t working and offered no sort of discount, refund, or voucher for a future round, and instead were very combative and had poor customer service skills meeting our kind questions with a poor attitude and no help. Very disappointed in Laser Flash. Do better."

"We went here for a birthday party for my 10 year old son and had a fantastic time! It was well organized, great food, service that made the experience really easy, and all at a very reasonable price. It even included arcade money for each friend. Highly recommended"

"Went there with a group to play laser tag, and while the game was fun and the staff were great I was slightly disappointed in the equipment. We picked the number vest that it said on the screen next to our name and during the first game I noticed mine didn't seem to be doing anything at all. The second round I got with the ref who had me stand under the king of the hill stand and saw that it wasn't activating correctly. She promptly took me to figure out the issue. I was able to switch vests out and played my 3rd round with no issue. It seems that the issue was the vest I was supposed to have wasn't put on the hook under the correct number."

"I have enjoyed myself most of the time I have brought my family here. There are definitely a few things they could improve on. Telling customers doing laser flash that you get a free chocolate every time you come in to play laser flash. Being better mannered when approached about a game malfunctioning. The employee guarding the parking lot leaving room for vehicles to drive into/out of the parking lot. Properly adding all points (from tokens, turned in crane game tickets, and turned in of the hero/villain cards onto the card when not used that day. They have a good little variety of games. They also have a decent selection of prizes to buy with your points. My husband and son love the laser flash area. Most of the employees are friendly. The pizza place inside is always nice for drinks after laser flash as well. They do serve alcohol and do not keep an eye out for bottles though. I have had to turn in multiple beer glass bottles (that still had alcohol in them) randomly left unattended to the pizza place employee. I am lucky my kids are old enough to know not to touch the alcohol bottles but there are always young little ones running around unattended that may not know better."

"The overall experience was great. The laser tag was fun even for the adults. The only down fall is the 60 laser pulses per charge you initially get. Seems like you spend alot more time recharging during the game than you do playing the game in those three 8 minutes games in your session. It just seemed to be a wanna be Dave & Busters but with Laser Tag. Over all its worth taking the kiddos to if your looking to keep them busy for about an hour or two."
