"Although we weren't customers, earlier this week we called to see if we could tour the facility because our kids get excited seeing all the big trucks. We get told no problem, just come on in whenever. It was apparently a problem. We get basically given a very cold shoulder at the office front desk and told that they can't give us a tour or let us look around. It is sort of on me for not taking down contact info from the person on the phone, but still, I find the miscommunication unprofessional. Only reason I'm not resorting to one star is because I feel weird giving a bad review to a business I didn't actually utilize or try to utilize."
