"Wonderful experience! Just moved into a new home this fall and hadn't used my older gas fireplace as it hadn't been used for awhile per the previous owner (built circa 1986) My service tech, Cory, was very efficient when trouble shooting the air in the gas line and making it work again! He also gave the fireplace a "quick" face-lift by getting rid of all the past smudges and dirt by spraying the inside walls all black and replacing the old and awful lava rock with black rock too. This makes the fire and logs the focal point and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Cory was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the fireplace needed not only functionally but cosmetically as well. A true professional! I should've called Godby sooner!"
