"My furnace went out the last few weeks of the heat and I couldn't afford to even call around for estimates. When I finally had a few dollars I called a company and they said about $1100 dollars, immediately I started looking up other heating and cooling options like portables, wall units, etc... then I posted for HVAC help. General supply, Stephanie and Tony came to my family's rescue, like rescue angels and had the best customer service, real genuine empathy and made me feel comfortable to trust them. I paid a fourth of that $1100 rip off. Fixed a day before it got cool. I'll never call anybody else. A blessing!"
"Just received a 18 inch shock cord for oversize load sign and it was so old that it broke in half before I got a chance to use it. Completely cracked and rotted right out of the box. Im certain it would have been obvious to the person packaging it. Charged me 21.55 to ship 1 $9 bungee cord."
