"It's fun for the kids, especially because it's run by kids. Lack of experience and actual supervision is what is preventing these employees from even greeting you when you walk in or letting you know what to even do, especially when it's your first time in here. One of our guns broke 2 minutes into the game and didn't allow one player to even play, nothing was even said to rectify the situation. Disappointing since we paid over $225 for the 6 of us to play. Better management is needed."

"I did the virtual escape room. The Alice and Wonderland one. I enjoyed it. But in the middle of me playing and solving puzzles the game wasn’t letting me click or tap anything so i was stuck in a room for 15 minutes by myself until we found out it wasn’t working. My friend went on a whole different puzzle as i stayed looking clueless. I had to switch to another booth. Very inconvenient and frustrating. The nice guy that was conducting the booths was very accommodating. I just hope you all get that fixed."
