"Service was superb! Teri and Christina were a delight at the front desk and Tom was wonderful with some children at breakfast with his Hot Chocolate party! The hotel is currently renovating rooms but I had no problems and the crews were not a noise issue at all."

"This has been the worst hotel experience. Busted pipe, so had to give us a smaller room, found a bug in the bed, holes in the sheets, shower is yellow, mattresses are awful and old, everything is dirty and worn. We had someone enter our room with a key card that was checking in. Teri at the front desk was friendly and helpful only positive thing about this place. I would give zero stars if I could. Do not stay here!"

"I’m so confused how this hotel has so many outstanding reviews when it’s far from outstanding. This hotel is so dingy looking, and not “Hilton” quality at all. The inside of the building looks so old and not modern at all. This might as well be a red roof inn. In fact I’ve been to red roofs that are better than this hotel. When I arrived the elevator was working, literally a hour later it went out of commission out of nowhere. The staff is nice but it’s definitely not worth what they charge."

"We booked the room as a short get away with our daughter. Checked in at 3:00 p.m. and left by 8:00 p.m. I try not to be this person but I have to say this place was a mess. The carpets were gross from beginning to end. The carpet in our room was ragged. It was under construction and if I were the manager I would have a fit about the mess left by the workers. Trash and drywall dust everywhere. The pool room was 59 degrees and the water was just as cold. Not remotely usable let alone enjoyable. There were also ceiling tiles falling from the roof. We paid extra for a suite and the pull out couch would’ve been laughable if we hadn’t paid extra for the ripped sofa and LITERAL fabric covered springs. I would NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE. There are MUCH better options right next door or across the road. They should just shut the place down to guest until the remodel is done. Or AT THE VERY LEAST charge HALF OF what they charge guest to stay. We packed up and left. The front desk gentleman was very nice. He was new so we didn’t bother him with complaints that he could do nothing about. That’s about all the nice I’ve got to say."

"The furniture, carpet, etc., in the rooms are rather worn, spider webs, and flying bugs. Hallway carpet is dirty. Most of the desk clerks were nice; however one was very rude. I was on an “every other day” schedule for room cleaning. This didn’t happen. The front desk had to provide towels on a regular basis to me because my room wasn’t cleaned every other day. The weekday breakfast was bagged up, and consisted of a pastry, juice and fruit. Weekend breakfast was a hot breakfast. Pool was decent but there were ceiling tiles missing, and one was hanging on the verge of falling. The doors slam so hard they startle you until you get use to it. I would not recommend this hotel for future stays. I was an extended stay guest due to repairs being made at my home. I was very disappointed with this Hilton property."
