"If you are trying to schedule an appointment make sure you fill out their paperwork 7 days ahead of time!! Otherwise, they will drop and not care in any way for you! For a psychiatry center that markets itself as compassionate and caring they are not. I have been waiting for over a MONTH to see them just to be told that because I didn't have my paperwork filled out they would not see me, mind you my appointment was on Thursday and they had my information the Monday before. Not to mention their online form asks 5 times for the patient's social security number. Their receptionist tried to do the best she could, she was courteous and gracious but it was the Provider who told her she would not see me, because of their paperwork needing to be in 7 days prior, “per their policy”. I'm back to square 1, feeling extremely helpless, the whole experience has been more jarring and unwelcoming."

"I had a positive experience with Dr. Miranda and her staff. Dr. Miranda was helpful and understanding during our session. The staff member was caring and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I appreciate their professionalism and support during my time under their care. Overall, a good experience with this psychiatrist's practice."

"I had my first visit with Dr. Hobbs today. I held off making this appointment for years because my experience with health professionals in Alabama has been less than desirable and I was afraid of being dismissed. Miranda actively listened and allowed me to be as open as possible to receive the best possible care. She validated my feelings without coming off as cold/calculating, and didn't discount any details which was HUGE to me. In the past I've walked away from appointments feeling dejected and disappointed. Today I left Dr. Hobbs' office feeling hopeful. She seems to to truly care and I appreciated her time immensely. Don't wait as long as I did."

The staff & doctor go above and beyond to care about me as a person and they cared enough to listen and get me on the medication that was needed to help me manage my very demanding lifestyle. I drive a long way to get to this facility but it is definitely worth every effort seeing how my life has improved drastically since I have been in their care."

"Dr. Hobbs is great! She actually seemed to care about how I was feeling and what I had to say. I got the feeling she truly cares about helping me. At my recheck, after being on my new medication for a month, she was genuinely happy that I'm feeling SO much better! I've had to bring my 5yo daughter both times, but Dr. Hobbs was so great with her as well. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Hobbs!!"
