"I love my therapist and have been with her for 3 yrs. I have been waiting on a prior authorization for a prescription written 3 weeks ago. My pharmacy AND insurance company have tried to reach this group only to get answering service that promises to see that your therapist gets your message marked "URGENT". This groups customer service is the worst I have ever seen."
"I highly recommend Grayson and Associates. I have only had wonderful experiences with the Front Desk service at this office. It's important to note that you can see a therapist at this office as well as a psychiatrist which are two very different kind of appointments. I have both at this location. I have no issue with scheduling appointments and maintaining them. They have been very flexible and helpful. I have been going here for over a year now and I would be lost without them. I feel like a lot of these reviews don't understand that there are two different kind of doctors, if not more you can see here."
"I have been a patient for a year & have been very satisfied with my care. I see a CRNP for my meds & she is ABSOLUTELY wonderful, she actually listens to me while I’m attempting to describe how things have been. She only adjusts my medicine with my approval IF she thinks I need it. I don’t have to come in every month, I come in anywhere from 3-6 months. The front desk people are polite but not overly fake polite, I understand that working at a place that deals with mental health issues you cannot be to sweet or too rude. I never had an issue setting up my first appointment since I did everything online & it was super quick. I contacted them on a Wednesday morning, heard back from them that afternoon, & my appointment was set for that next week."
"DON'T SEE PRUITT!! I made an appointment though the correct channels for my very first session ever. I was lwft in the waiting room for 30 minutes because Pruitt said she "didn't know I was waiting". Then, she said she wanted to see me every 2 weeks and would contact me to set it up. When Week 2 started to come to a close and I still hadn't heard from her, I lwft a voicemail. When I didn't get a call back, I faxed. Still no response until the middle of the day I was supposed to see her per what she told me on that first visit and this was BY TEXT FROM HER PERSONAL PHONE. She tells me a day and time that is different from what we originally discussed and what I was able to secure with work. So I had to renegotiate with my boss for the new day. I couldn't make the next two sessions due to illness and a doctor appointment that was scheduled a year ago and communicated this to her both times. I arrive for the next session only to find out she had given my slot to someone else without talking to me about it. She had the audacity to look at me like I was burdening her by being there and asked for me to wait until the patient was finished. Never mind the fact that this is the day and time she told me, never mind that I drove from Georgia, never mind the fact that the whole experience with her the epitome of poor professionalism - I was the burden. If you want someone professional, don't use Pruitt."
"If I was going to rate the scheduling representatives and customer care, it'd have to be a 1 star, HOWEVER that isn't fair for the doctors that have put the time and effort into helping me. I have had 2 AMAZING doctors at Grayson & Associates and THEY are the ones who deserve the praise. Thank you for your help.. Now get better front desk staff."
