"Went to store to purchase tags for garbage pickup. Customer service had a line so I left and made my purchases. Stood in line for 15 minutes to pay and returned to customer service. Stood at customer service for another 15 minutes. No one there. Sign said open until 9 pm. This was between 6:10 and 6:25 pm. On leaving, I was told the customers in line to pay just kept coming so customer service was not staffed. Yet the clerks had time to laugh and giggle and talk to friends. Change the sign to customer service "sometimes open.". Dreadfully bad customer service. Could at least have informed me they couldn't serve me. The clerks were obviously talking about me standing there. Don't trade there very often. It will be a long time before I go back."
