"Horrible customer service! The owner and associate were terribly rude when I asked for a refund for a sweater that had a hole in it. Their response was that’s why it was in the 75% off sale. There were several other sweaters there so I guess they all had holes in them? It was still almost $100. I can’t believe this store would sell defective merchandise. They did give me a refund but after arguing with me about it first. I used to shop in there quite a bit but they will never get my business again. If they treat customers like that I can’t believe they will stay in business."

"This store has great selection and it is attractively laid out. It doesn't feel cramped or crowded, I had plenty of room to push my stroller through and shop. The employees were attentive without being overbearing. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Ft. Worth!"
