"UPDATE: I went in with my mom to do a return, unaware of her presence. I stayed quiet said nothing to anyone and AMANDA was radioing stuff to her employee to the point where the employee was shaking of nerves. I stepped out of the store in hope that she would stop harassing the cashier. On my way out Amanda saw me and called security, the cashier told my mom that Amanda said I was not allowed in the store or anywhere near the store. Not sure what that is if there is no open case with security towards me and I didn’t even acknowledge her in hopes of avoiding any additional problems. She essentially threatened me with calling security. I’m there to shop not acknowledge her rude and disgusting behavior. AMANDA, is the worst at customer service. I am not sure how she even got the position as store manager. As soon as I approached the register she started talking to me as if I was completely incompetent. When I asked her not to talk to me as if I was an idiot she said “I don’t know how else to explain it to you”. I started to defend myself, and her response was “you have 5 min to get out before I call security”. All because she didn’t know how to do my exchange and bc I didn’t double down to her attitude and mistreatment. She has been reported, as another employee let us know that she has a tendency of mistreating customers AND employees."

"The staff at this location are always so friendly and honest. I love that they do their due diligence and give their most honest answer when you need something. They always try to help you so you don’t have to call corporate which is a total nightmare. They are so great here."

"This store has the worst store manager. I came in a while ago to shop for my sons graduation outfit and I asked Joseph for help. He told me my son was too small to shop here. My son is already self conscious as it is and for him to say that was completely unacceptable. He isn’t one to talk seeing as how he was very smelly and he looked rough. I would expect this store to have a better hygiene policy for employees, especially Joseph as the Manager. Employees looked very busy while he wandered the store singing to the store music instead of helping them. I came back to get his name and an associate communicated that she was left alone on the floor while he left for an hour to get his lunch because he was gonna pass out."

"Should’ve listened to other reviews before coming in here. I’d rather go to a different express. Most employees here were too busy playing on their phones to interact with anyone. I noticed only specific people were being greeted upon entry anyway. I left shortly after having an abrupt interaction with Elida, who was extremely RUDE and unhelpful. If you’re happy wandering aimlessly around this place then be my guest. I’ll stick to other stores that actually want my business and aren’t bothered that customers ask for help."

"Is it common practice to not acknowledge your customers at all? Went to the store and there were only 3 other customers in the store the entire time I was there, all three shopping on the mens side. I was in the store for about 30minutes. At one point I stood right next to three employees who were chatting. No one even looked my way. I stood next to the entrance 15 ft from a 4th employee for a good 10 minute who was folding clothes and wrote this review. Still nothing.. I’ll never shop in this store again and will encourage other not to. If you wont even acknowledged your customers why should they spend their money in this store.."
