"Worst customer service. Just don't use them. We receive shipments monthly and this was our first time using TForce. They lied about talking to me about the delivery arrangements. We eventually had to arrange for a "rescue" (another delivery company had to get the goods and deliver to us) because TForce did not have the proper equipment to deliver to our facility. They are dishonest, incapable, and lack common courtesy. Save yourself some time, chose another trucking company."

"The worst shipping experience I've ever had. Several weeks after my pallet was picked up, paid for, and delivered, they refunded me and tried to bill me 4x the amount I was quoted. After calling in to customer service, they agreed to honor the original quote. Now two months later, I get a bill that is still higher than the amount quoted. I've been on the phone with 4 different service reps because I keep getting put on hold and transferred to a line that keeps ringing for several minutes with no option for voicemail. I finally, on my 5th call, got someone that was able to give me the phone number and email of the department I need to talk to. Hopefully I can get this sorted out soon. This is ridiculous. You don't get tell me a quote you gave me was incorrect after I paid and my shipment was delivered."

"No communication and they could not even give an answer on why they failed to deliver or attempt to deliver on Friday the scheduled delivery day. I had to call just to get an update and try to get the delivery rescheduled. I was told yesterday they would be delivered today after trying to find out why they were missing then received a call this morning saying they would not be delivered today but tomorrow. Horrible customer service and delivery service. No person could give an answer on why the items were not delivered and noone was ever communicated too. I was told thats not how it works by them."

"The superviser of UPS Freight in Decator on April 27 told me to wait at my residence on April 28n for delivery from 10-5 and that they would call me an hour before driving out. When I called at 3 pm on April 28 I was told by that supervisor that they needed an approval from the shipper. They never called me to tell me that I no longer had to wait for them and the supervisor on April 28 told me that he could not give me his name and refused to give me the contact info for his superviser. Worst customer service experience ever and UPS Freight needs to have a process where the complaint goes to the regional superviser or their customer service will continue to be the worst experience for many more people who are just looking to do something besides wait at their house all day for something that UPS knows isn't going to take place."

"Just horrible, Corporate policy states you can open your package before signing to accept it, BUT NOT AT THIS LOCATION. They WILL NOT allow you to open the package UNLESS the box is severely damaged. Do yourself a favor and meet a driver elsewhere and not at the office location. NOW IM STUCK WITH A DAMAGED $500 ITEM!!!"
