"Ordered food here almost a month ago, got a confirmation email saying my order would be ready by 10:10pm. Well got there by 10:10 and they was closed and i was still charged for the order even tho i did not pick it up, tried calling several times couldn’t get anyone to answer so I email customer support. Called the store the next day and the GM knew exactly who I was without even my saying my name, and proceeded to tell me I picked up this order knowing I did not. I ordered on their website, and ended up having to drive to the Arby’s on the Beltline and pay for my order a second time! Terrible customer service, WILL NOT get any business from me again!!"

"Horrible customer service person at the window was to worried about her home life I sat waiting for over 30 min on 6 nuggets and Mac bites after 20 min someone walked out and asked if i got my food which I haven't then stoll had to set an wait over 10 more mins"

"This is the worst customer service i have ever had. I came through with a coupon, i didnt tell her i had one at the speaker and she very rudely let me know that i needed to tell them at the speaker, i then give her my card and she tells me its extra for a lemonade and nicely asked why, then the lady in the back said 'girls got an attitude' the lady that was taking my card said yes she has an attitude. i then get my food and drive off and see they didnt even give me all my fries. no wonder why these girls still work fast food.."
