"Great experience from start to finish. The General Manager took a great pic for us before we even entered the restaurant. She was cleaning up cigarette butts in front of the entrance. Super welcoming and definitely cared about the restaurant. The hostesses greeted us with enthusiasm and warmth. Our server, Charla, was amazing. Greeted almost as soon as we sat down, kept an eye on us and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was delicious and brought out in a timely manner. Highly recommend!"

"Had dinner Sunday night. Food was good. I ordered a beer when we sat down. After several excuses from the server the Coors light finally made it to the table 5 minutes after I was thru eating !!! Appetizer, dinner and all we were thru and here she comes with my beer after we were done eating everything. Absolutely unacceptable !! We eat here regularly and thankfully this hasn’t appended before !!"

"Waited and waited for service the place was not busy at all. Wife got her drink mixed was out of something waitress couldn't tell what it was she didn't remember, got our appetizer and after flagging her down she finally brought my drink. When her family showed up we were a complete after thought we just asked for check paid and left. Its sad because we chose to drive to Decatur we live in athens but were looking for good service and food. Table was still covered in food from last visitors. Be a really good place with us moving to the area we hardly ever cook anymore just wont be at this location"

"My son and I decided on a whim to come here for a late lunch. The food was fabulous Unfortunately, I have never been so disappointed in wait staff in my life. Our waitress was rude and never came by to ask how our food was. She never refilled my water. When she dropped our food off she just turned around and walked away. I thanked her twice for my food before she acknowledged me and gave a very quick "welcome," before rushing away, as if we had the plague! I spoke to the manager and after a few moments the waitress came back & gave an unemotional, dead & unbelievable apology, using the excuse that she was having a bad day, unknowingly aware that I had watched her at a couple of other tables, being pleasant. I believe it was a racial issue, but not willing to put money on it for sure. I told the manager we might try it again at a much later date & advised to get rid of the awful waitress. I have done waitress work myself & know it's hard work, but I NEVER treated a customer the way I was treated. First time I think I've ever left a penny tip. If you're going to choose this line of work, realize that your customers are your biggest paycheck and treat them with kindness & respect!!"

"Overall not too bad I don't guess. Service seemed a little disorganized. 2 hostesses for no customers, we were seated and told our waitress would be right with us, only she never showed up. Finally the bar tender came out and took our order. The restaurant felt dingy and dirty if that makes sense. Maybe too much of the rustic look and dim lights? Not sure. The food was good though. Came out relatively quick and was hot and fresh. The building hasn't aged well. Needs some updating outside. Just has that dirty feel."
